Fitness in G
Sweat Instead of Sitting
A warm welcome to the university! To kick off your studies, we’d like to invite you to a fitness session in Lecture Hall G on October 7, 2026, as part of Orientation Week—both freshmen and upperclassmen (please register in advance so we know how many people are coming).
What can you expect?
Three sessions that’ll make you sweat.
Just as it should be: great beats and motivated instructors who’ll keep you moving for 30 minutes.
The schedule:
4:30–5:00 p.m. Zumba
5:15–5:45 p.m. HIT/Tabata
6:00–6:30 p.m. Yoga
Zumba:
Dance-fitness workout
with Latin American rhythms and music
improves endurance, coordination, and flexibility
Tabata:
Interval training
short, intense sessions
improves endurance, strength, and fat burning
Yoga:
Physical and relaxation training
combination of exercises, breathing, and relaxation
improves flexibility, balance, and body awareness
And of course, it’s fun, too. Last-minute participants are more than welcome. Just put on your workout clothes and join in.
