Wir sammeln den Kursbeitrag von 1€ (2€ für externe) vor Ort ein.

Die Aufnahmen dienen ausschließlich der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der Universität / des Hochschulsports und können in Print- und Onlinemedien der Universität veröffentlicht werden. Mit Ihrer Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung willigen Sie darin ein, dass Fotos und Videos, auf denen Sie möglicherweise zu sehen sind, von der Universität / dem Hochschulsport für ihre Öffentlichkeitsarbeit genutzt werden. Bei Aufnahmen, bei denen der Fokus aus einzelnen Personen liegt, haben die Personen jederzeit das Recht und die Möglichkeit, den Fotografen darauf hinzuweisen, dass sie nicht aufgenommen werden möchten bzw. dass das Foto/Video nicht veröffentlicht werden soll. Die Einwilligung schließt die Zustimmung zur Downloadoption der Aufnahmen von unserer Website mit ein.
Rechtslage: Wenn auf öffentlichen Plätzen fotografiert oder gefilmt wird und bei der Aufnahme Personen zufällig ins Bild geraten, gelten diese Personen als Beiwerk und müssen in die Veröffentlichung der Fotos/Aufnahmen nicht einwilligen. Dies gilt auch für Fotos/Aufnahmen von Menschenansammlungen, die im öffentlichen Raum stattfinden oder öffentlich zugänglich sind. Einzelbilder von Personen aus der Menge fallen nicht unter die Abbildungsfreiheit.
Zumba-Night
Once again this year and a must-do this winter! The Zumba Night!
Bring comfortable (summerly) clothes, something to drink and lots of fun!
Admission is from 6pm, start at 6:30pm and the end will be around 9pm.
We will collect the course fee of 1€ (2€ for extern) at the event.

The recordings will be used exclusively for the public relations of the university / university sports and may be published in print and online media of the university. By participating in the event, you consent to photos and videos in which you may be seen being used by the university / university sports for their public relations work. In the case of photographs in which the focus is on individual persons, the persons have the right and the opportunity to inform the photographer at any time that they do not wish to be included or that the photograph/video should not be published. The consent includes the agreement to the download option of the recordings from our website.
Legal situation: If photographs or videos are taken in public places and people accidentally get into the picture during the recording, these people are considered as accessories and do not have to consent to the publication of the photos/recordings. This also applies to photos/recordings of crowds that take place in public spaces or are open to the public. Individual pictures of people from the crowd do not fall under the freedom of depiction.
